With local anesthesia in Dr. Haygood's office there is no discomfort during the process; however, the area may feel sore or tender after the anesthesia wears off but usually will only lasts a couple of days, if any.

With good oral hygiene and regular checkups they can last a lifetime

Will it stand out?

No, it will be the same shape as your natural tooth and is carefully matched to the shade of the adjacent teeth.

Does it need special maintenance?

Just daily brushing and flossing, and cleanings every 6 months at the office.
